The maize maze opens on July 18th
Preparations for the 2009 maze are progressing well The photo below, taken on 24th June, shows the pathways all marked out. The bridges are in place and we wait for the plants to grow ready to open on the 18th July.
Educational Farm Visits
As part of our stewardship of the environment in which we farm, we undertake a number of educational group visits each year for both children or adults. These are tailored to the individual group, topics covered can include growing crops, care for the environment, natural features v. physical features, animal husbandry, etc. These visits are free of charge and typically last 2 - 3 hours.
